I'm having the same issue.  I'm on the Toshiba FireTV (Toshiba_32LF221U19).   It was working and stopped.   I tried clearing cache, uninstalling then removing from cloud.  re-installing.   Still same problem.   Next I will try a factory reset to see if a fresh install of the Firmware will clear whaterver the issue is.   ALL other apps working fine....   Running FIreOS 6.2.6.5

AT&T, can you provide us with any updates? Obviously we are all still having issues trying to use the app on Fire TV.

My TV still gets the error. My other Fire Tvs (different brand)don’t seem to have a problem.

I have reset, installed/uninstalled. This Insignia is new. I would never buy this brand again.

This issue is not account specific. I am having the same issue on my Toshiba Fire TV. Uninstalled app several times, reset tv to factory, Updated TV firmware and all other suggested steps. Please PM with a solution if a public post is not possible.

Thanks.

I have done it all many times. I have it on 4 TV’s but 3 work, one gets the stacking error. So am I running out of memory?

Okay AT&T it's been three months since this started. It's past time to get the problem fixed. Why not remove the app on the app store and replace it with a new one that we can download. We are not getting the services that you say are offered, so if we can't use these services we should be receiving a discount or refund for services not rendered. The only response we would like to see is that the problem is fixed.

The only work-around I found was to buy a separate Fire-stick, load the apps, and when you want to view the ATT app, change your input to the stick and view your desired programming. ATT won't be fixing the issue, the TV internal mac address I think has been blacklisted. They haven't found how to do the sticks yet.

Good information to have. I figured it was isolated to the TV since the stick I have on another TV works fine. I wish I'd know before I invested in a Fire TV. I would have purchased a different type of TV and this one is less than a year old. Compatibility with UVerse was the feature that helped me decide on a FireTV. Amazon should be made aware of this issue.

Since AT&T won't fix the problem I have decided to fix it myself. I went with Dish network for my camper so the problem has been eliminated. In two more days I will have Dish network for my home also. Good by AT&T U-verse, you had your chance and decided we the customer didn't count above profit.

I thought by now it would be fixed. If AT&T wants to be considered a TV service on the GO, they need to improve greatly in this area. I still believe it is an internal space allocation problem in the app. I installed it on a new fire tv but we compared notes-the error is not TV specific. I see you got DISH. It is not my personal favorite. I had to fix it so often I begged to go back to Uverse. I have had so many problems on my home uverse the last month that I am questioning that decision. I thought about going to Roku or Netflix and streaming. What is the experience out there?

My guess is that the issue is related to the internet provider. I have no problems with the app on Fire stick or TV at my home with ATT internet but have the issue on FireTV at my vacation house with centurylink internet.
