Have you tried any troubleshooting, such as uninstalling and reinstalling the app or restarting your Fire TV?

What error are you getting, and when did it start?

Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have cleared data and cookies and it still does not work.

Is there any update from the Fire TV team? I’ve been receiving the same error for about a week now to no avail. I also called customer support and after 2 hours on the phone troubleshooting we got nowhere. This is frustrating.

I first followed your instructions but it did not work so I factory reset and reinstalled U-verse and still same error.

Still no resolution was on the phone about an hour before they acknowledged
it was a known issue, and I was told to just wait until it was fixed. So
I'm not watching desired programming now on this device

I was getting some sports channels live along with the code error everyone else has, but just checked to see if anything had changed and now not getting sports either.  In fact it now says it can't be shown outside the US.  Is the live Uverse going to be fixed on the fireTV soon?

We are having the same issue with our Firetv. The app works fine on our Fire tablets and firestick but not on the Firetv.

I, too, have tried every suggestion and my firetv and uverse app will not stream. This is not a firestick, it’s a fire tv (if that info helps). Also, I can watch U-verse on my iPad, just not on my firetv.

Please let me know what I can do or when you fix this. Thanks!

I have three fire TV's that U-Verse does not work on. I also have a Samsung tablet that it does not work on. The only thing it will work on is my IPhone.

There have been no replies from ATT or Fire TV so is anyone working on this or is this ATT's way of getting rid of U-Verse to make you go to Direct TV??????

The play back issue still exist, I found that using a fire stick connected to a fire TV on a previous updated version v1.9.0.06321 serve as a work-around but with Version v2.0.0.06209 I began to have error messages on playback and which now makes my new Fire TV device useless while viewing Uverse programming. Please fix the bugs in this upgraded Uverse app.
