Uverse,app error on FireTV

Hello @ARW816,Let's get your issue addressed! Have you tried restarting the Fire TV?Also, are you able to watch Uverse App on a tablet or a smartphone with no issues?Please let us know.

I am getting the same error and I have tried all the things that were suggested above. I even reset my TV to factory settings. Please have a live human address this please.

I've tried clearing data and cache and reinstalling the app but still get the error
I have the same issue. All other apps are working. Please help.
Yes, I have tried turning the tv off and back on, uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app, clearing cache and cookies, and restoring factory default settings on tv.
Still getting the same error.

Getting the same error. Any ideas?
Can't steam from Uverse app on INSIGNIA fire TV, was able to last week but can't since 8/22/19.
Getting the following error when streaming shows but will stream sport channels with no problem.
Error from Internal Player:
10203)(com.quickplay.vstb.core:1404) – see internal error for the detail
The app will play on another TV fine, just not on the INSIGNIA - reset to default still same error, updated TV software no change.
Again everything was working fine weeks ago - is anyone else having this same issue?
The firetv worked fine previously and I am able to watch tv on a fire stick as well as the cable box.
How can we improve?
