U-Verse App error ES1009 “content not available outside the US”



whenever I’m trying to stream on the app I get an error message saying “this content is not available outside the US” but I am in the US. 


i tried to sign out, uninstall and reinstall. I reset my network settings.. that didn’t help at all. I asked one of my friends to try the log in and see if it worked, it worked. There is no information online anywhere in regards to ES1009

I see there is still no fix for this, and its Oct 2020 and AT&T doesnt care about their customers. I am having the same problems as everyone else on here, and still no answer from AT&T. It looks like its time to go with a different company, been fed up with them for poor service and their continued lack of concern for not only this topic but others as well is just icing on the cake. I suggest everyone else move on from AT&T as well.
