User Not Authorized Lifetime App on Firestick

I've been getting a "User Not Authorized Error" when I try to connect the AT&T account to the lifetime app on my firestick, and with the cable subscription that we have it has Lifetime as one of the channels. Some of the other apps on the firestick work with the ATT account info but not lifetime. How do I resolve this issue?

Have you activated your device on Lifetime's network?

If not, you can do so here: Lifetime activation page

 

If you haven't activated the device, then try doing that first. Once that is completed, then try logging in again.

Hey my fire stick lifetime app wont play any shows my tv provider is att u verse and i activated my profile and i updated it but still wont work what can i do to resolve this problem

It lets me watch 3 or 4 episodes of any show and then i get the error. I have direct tv
