Unable to Login to App

I keep getting the error message attached. I’ve verified my member ID, I’ve confirmed I have the eligible package, I have deleted and reinstalled the app, I have the latest iOS. Please let me know what else to attempt. Thank you!

What app are you trying to sign into?

If you haven't, resetting your password by using the "Forgot your Password?" link at the sign in page can help clear most sign in errors, so try that.
