Showtime anytime won’t work

We have a subscription for showtime with our uverse package. When we tried to login we get an error message saying we do not have a subscription. I called att to verify my service and no one can help me. Should we call showtime for better service?

We would be happy to help you resolve your Showtime anytime subscription issue @Peetemssw!

 

We recommend resetting your password at AT&T's Official site. Resetting your password will re-sync and reauthorize your online access. 

 

Some additional things to check and try:

  • Ensure you are selecting the correct TV provider. AT&T has a few TV options, i.e. U-verse, Directv, AT&T TV, but it is important for you to select the correct on that you get Showtime through for subscription access.
  • Ensure you are putting the password in manually and not using a saved password, to ensure correct password is being entered.
  • Clear Cache/Cookies from the app
  • Uninstall/Reinstall App

Hey, @Peetemssw. We'd be glad to help with this error code you're getting.

 

What device are you trying to log in on? Have you tried using another browser? Since resetting your password didn't help, you may want to try Refreshing your Receiver.
