Problems with Uverse app on Chromebook

On April 7, 2021, I reported problem with Uverse app on HP Chromebook.  An individual from AT&T, whose name I will keep private, contacted me stating "Let's get your U-verse app working again". April 13, we spoke and he stated "Just to recap, I am escalating this..." There has been no contact from AT&T since, and I have left 2 or 3 VMs and also reached out on the private thread. It has been over a week with no contact. If this is escalation, I dread to think what de-escalation is.  AT&T's lack of response is shameful but entirely predictable.
