Parental control

Parental control is disabled in the app settings, but some of the live programming is blocked (in the app only).

First we suggest troubleshooting the U-Verse app. We have a guide here in the forums that will walk you through the process. Also, let us know what error message appears when you try to watch these programs and if they're also blocked on your TV.

Thank you for the quick response. The parental control blocked channels in the app only. The parental block message appeared on MA-TV programming. I followed the trouble shooting tips (including un/reinstalling the U-verse app and signing in again) and it worked! *
