We have U 200, why did we lose the Smithsonian channel?

To find out why you need to troubleshoot.
The Smithsonian Channel normally requires U 300. However if you have HD service, you can add it to the U 200 with their HD Premium Tier ($7).
So check to see if you still have that add on to your U 200 on the account. If it is then reset your box and try the channel again. See if any error message shows.
If that doesn't resolve it, then call AT&T for support.

They had put their own 2nd post in the thread before I had responded to their original post. Perhaps I should have responded to their own reply instead so it would have been in a better order (at least visually)
