Login with Tv Provider

When I go to login with my U-verse account to watch something through an app it either says I’m not subscribe to that channel or contact tv provider. Even my U-verse app dont work with my login. Anybody else experiencing this same issue ? I’m thinking it’s because att got rid of U-verse shortly after I got it.

Yes I have done every troubleshooting you can think of. I have deleted the app, reinstall the app  and nothing works. It either keep saying I’m not subscribe to the channel or I’m not authorized.

Have you reset your password at AT&T Official website?

 

Resetting the password helps resolve online issues having to do with subscriptions errors because it re-syncs and reauthorizes the account.

Yes I have and even the U-verse app is not working still. It keep says the U-verse mobile service is temporarily unavailable.

Sorry to hear you are still having trouble streaming your services after most troubleshooting we can recommend.

 

Take a look at our Uverse TV App troubleshooting page for anything you may not have tried. Be mindful, that you do have to be subscribed to U200 or above for streaming.
