I have not had any success trying to log into my att U-verse app. I have tried to get help online from att - but No success

I have tried to log into the att U-verse app several times, but I always get an error message. I have tried to reach someone at att through a chat or on the phone, but have had no success. I can’t reach an actual person to help me. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

Having access to the U-verse TV app is certainly a benefit to expand your U-verse experience. Be assured, we will work with you to support a resolution to the issue. 

 

In some cases, a reset of your Access ID password can resolve the issue. It's depending on the specific error. What error message are you receiving on attempt to login? 

 

Try to delete the app and reinstall. Before sign in, reset your password. Once your password is successfully rest, try to login again. You can have up to five mobile devices registered per ID (master or sub) at any time.
