History channel - ATT U-verse- error code 101

I have installed History channel on my Vizio TV, my provider is ATT U-verse and it popped up a message; Authentication Error- It seems we’ve had a problem connecting to your TV provider. Please try again. error code 101

Is the History Channel currently in your channel lineup for your U-verse TV package? You'll need to be able to access the History Channel content through your U-verse receivers in order to use your myAT&T sign in to watch content through the app.

If it is, we recommend resetting your password, uninstalling and reinstalling the application, then trying to sign in again.
