History Channel app error 101

I have tried installing reinstalling and password changes. I continue to get authentication error code 101. Yes I do have history channel on my uverse package. Help please

We can understand the struggle with an authentication failure and we want to help you out!

 

First, we need you to verify that you are using your Uverse user id. Here is the link to the att.com article that will help you.

 

Once that is verified, try to sign in and let us know if that resolves the authentication error.
