Fox Sports Go Roku app activation not working. Sending error message.

Hi, I am trying to activate my Fox Sports Go app on my Roku TV.

 

Here is the sequence of events I keep encountering:

1) I receive an activation code

2) I go to foxsportsgo.com/roku to activate

3) I input the activation code

4) I am given a choice of TV providers 

5) I click on AT&T U-verse

6) I am immediately sent to an ERROR message. "The SAML message signature could not be validated"

 

What can I do? I tried clicking on other TV providers as a test, and there is no error message, for example, when I click on DirectTV.

Thanks for reaching out. We'd be glad to help you activate your app.

 

We'd recommend uninstalling & reinstalling the app if you haven't already. You can also try restarting your U-Verse TV receiver by holding the power button down for 10 seconds. Then press it again to restart your DVR. This takes 5 to 8 minutes and will interrupt any recordings in progress.

Just to verify, are you attempting to access the apps with your AT&T TV NOW streaming service, U-Verse, or DIRECTV account?

Hi, I am using my Roku TV to access the app. It is upon clicking the AT&T
U-verse selection from the tv provider list on the fox sports go activation
webpage that I am sent to an error message.

To activate the Fox Sports Go appfoxsportsgo.com/roku, you have to follow the steps below:

 

1. Initially, you have to open the Roku channel store using the remote

2. Choose the Add channel tab and the channel gets added to your account

3. Then, to activate the channel, you need to hover to the Foxsportsgo.com/roku

4. After this, enter the code and activate the channel as well
