Failure to authorize on Uverse app
One of my receivers is pixelating and freezing. Tried all the online suggestions twice (check wiring, cold restart, soft restart) and don’t have time to deal with phone call to AT&T. So I switched to Amazon Fire TV stick on same set, logged into Uverse app, but when I tried to launch ESPN (I have a valid U-300 account) it said there was an “authorization failure” for that channel. Getting same message on other channels. I have used the Uverse app successfully on other sets with Fire TV sticks. What gives?
