Espn3

I am not able to access espn3 - states not part of my tv package - called att 5 times today and they can only read incorrect answers from prompts. I’ve always been able to watch before. I have uv200; att wireless and att internet. Help.

When you say ESPN3, you mean you cannot access ESPN via the ESPN website or an ESPN app?  When do you get the error, at login or when you pick a particular video?

  • Are you trying to access ESPN3 from an app?
  • Are you able to view on your subscribed channels? 
  • How long have you had this concern of not being able to view ESPN3?
  • Are you using the correct login for ESPN3 app?

In order to offer you the best resolution to your access of ESPN3, We'll need you to answer the questions from before and from our Ace @JefferMC

  • Let us know if you are trying to access it by the website or the app. 
  • Is that the only channel that gives you this error?
  • When was the last time you were able to access it, and has there been any changes to your services since then?

@Pstallworth , is it possible that the videos you're clicking on require an ESPN+ subscription?
