Deleted shows keep coming back

I’ve spent almost 30mins deleting shows that were saved on my DVR using the U-verse app on my iPhone. After refreshing the app, all the shows came back. I tried deleting them on my iPad but ran into the same issue. Very frustrating since I can’t record anymore shows. It seems like this has been an ongoing issue for quite awhile now and I’m perplexed as to why it hasn’t been resolved yet
