Can't login to at&t app

When I try to login with my exisisting username and password I get the message: The U-verse mobile service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. It's been saying this since we switched from spectrum to uverse. Help!! Please??

Hi, @Poo1093.

 

We can help you regain access to your myAT&T app. We want to ensure that you are completely registered. While in the myAT&T app tap Create ID or go to www.att.com/myatt and select Create one now.

Please let us know if this allows you to now access the myAT&T app without any error messages. We hope to hear back from you soon.

hey Ariel I don't know where I'm at with this new setup. I was on the phone the other night and I think I changed my username to [email scrubbed]. And I still had my old password when we got cutoff. So when I go to the pages you suggested they had me logged in and wouldn't let me add or change anything. So right now I'm stuck once again. Can you help?

Have you tried resetting your password?
