Can you watch UVerse on a Samsung SmartTV?

My AT&T Internet and UVerse TV fiber optic cable are cut and out for a week. I want to watch TV shows from the UVerse mobile app projected to my Samsung SmartTV.

Is there a way to do this? A pass-through to AppleTV? Thank you!

Hi @B2Bergs,

At this time the Uverse app is available for:

iPhone^®, iPad^®, or iTouch^®
Android^® smartphones and tablets (OS 4.1 and above)
Android wearables (Android Wear OS)
Amazon Fire TV devices

In the meantime you can sign into 3rd party apps using your AT&T credentials. Depending on the type of device you can project them to your TV. For example, Iphone users can project to the Tv using an Apple AV Adapter and HDMI cable, or mirror your screen with Air drop and apple TV. We would advise reaching out to your devices manufacture to see what is all needed to mirror your device.

Has there been a change to this situation? Can I get U-Verse on my Samsung Smart TV? I'm so disappointed. I bought my Smart TV for this reason only to find out that ATT UVerse doesn't allow this. What is ATT doing about this? This makes me think I should switch to Spectrum.

Sorry but nothing has changed in regards to the platforms available to the Uverse app.
