AT&T U-Verse iOS app login
Add me to the number of customers who can no longer log into the U-Verse app on either my iPhone or iPad. This behavior began after upgrading to iOS 13.5 so it appears something was broken in this upgrade.

Can neither log in or use U-Verse app on my IOS or Firestick devices, noted as of yesterday. Have tried all suggested solutions (confirm user id/password, uninstall/reinstall app, restart device, etc.) to no avail. Seems like this happens every few months until att fixes. please help, use app regularly

I have an iPhone 8 Plus and, until a week ago, I used the Uverse app regularly. Now, no matter what I do, I cannot login to it. Also, we weren’t able to login to our ATT account to look at or make payments to our bill. I FINALLY was able to change our password for it but that password doesn’t work for the app. WHAT ARE THEY DOING!!!
