AT&T u-verse app has blocked FNC

Why is AT&T U-verse app running the same FNC 3 min loop from 9:33 est from a few days ago? Exact same loop plays on every device, no live shows. Don't tell me to delete and reinstall app, I already did that and I am still getting the same video loop. All other stations stream live, EXCEPT FNC. Please explain. Thank you

Yes this occurs on my tablet and cell phone. Exactly the same issue.

@ATTHelp , This happens on 2 different iPads and 2 different IPhones and it just started a few days ago. We deleted the apps and reinstalled them and we rebooted the internet/cable box.

How will AT&T fix this problem?

I’m experiencing the same problem. FNC loop from 3 days ago keeps playing on iPad and iPhone. Only that channel. Deleted apps, deleted cache, logged out. Called ATT twice and stuck on hold for 45 min.

@ATTHelp No resolution. It is not on our end. AT&T needs to fix this problem ASAP. This is not OK. The only network you have frozen.

The Fox News Channel may be up and running again now. We'd recommend restarting your receiver by unplugging it for 20 seconds and then plugging it back in and powering it back up. Once the receiver's up and running again please try to view the channel again on the app.

i have the same problem. Maybe it is time to drop AT&T. They are trying to get rid of Uverse and DirecTv anyway.

I just downloaded Fox News and Fox Business channel apps and log in that way since AT&T Uverse obviously doesn't care.

I am having the same problem with Uverse app on IPads (2)

Have deleted Uverse from both and reloaded. Same ridiculous loop. This suspicious to me as it’s only FoxNews. Amazing ATT knows this problem and hasn’t addressed for days. Time to consider other options.

Forget Uverse APP. Go to APP store download FOX News, that work fine. Use Uverse only for other channels. All others channels stream fine.
