Activate Network Apps on AppleTV using AT&T U-Verse as Provider

I keep getting the following pop-up message from AT&T when I try activating various network apps (i.e., FOX NOW, USA, NBC, CBS, etc.). I have a current AT&T U-Verse account and have added SHOW Anytime and STARZ no problem, but the others have generated the below message using the same process. Why am I having issues?

Do you receive that same error from different devices?
