Why can't AT&T Uverse tell its users a projected date for the return of CBS Cleveland Channel 19

As a Uverse user in Cleveland I have not had access   to Channel 19. I have communicated with AT&T in the chat room and have not gotten satisfactory answers. No date for resolution no suggestion for getting CBS Network or local programing. I have warned them that I will take steps to with providers if this problem is resolved by  Friday March 24. They expressed sympathy but gave no solutions

The problem is with the contract negotiations. If program provider wants a higher price, att cannot agree to that due to it will affect the price for the tv package. As much as possible att wants to keep the price reasonable.

Thanks I wish the rest of us had been privy to the details of the gap between AT&T and the provider so we could understand the magnitude of the differences between the parties involved.

@jpcleveland623  I'll assume that you do know that WOIO in Cleveland returned on Sunday.
