Why are ATT customer service reps have low IQS

Over the weekend I was using the Myatt app on my smart phone from VERIZON to track down some caller ID phone numbers. It stated my current balance of 212.57 was due on Dec. 20th. Today Dec, 10th, I come home and find that the account is suspended for non payment. I jump on my app and it still says 212.57 due on Dec 20th and its had been 7 seconds since the last update.  I call ATT and I am shockingly told my balance is 421.14. I get back in the app and now it says 421.57 due with 212.57 past due. I talk with the rep and eventually get to talk to a supervisor named Tasha. I begin to talk to her about why the information on Myatt app doesn't match what I am being told. I tell her that the payment history and the bill section are not matching up to the amount owed. That when I try to pull up a copy of the paper bill as a pdf I get a portal unavailable in the upper left corner. This genius tells me that since my account is suspended, I don't have internet services and therefore could not have access to the Myatt app. I explain to her that I am talking to her on my Verizon smartphone and looking at the app at the same time. Again this genius tells that its not possible as you have no internet and that when an account is suspended all access is suspended. So I guess that notice of paying your bill at att.com or using the mobile app  on the TV are pure delusional fantasy as well Tasha?  But before talking with Tasha, the other ATT rep of limited mental abilities claimed that we received a paper bill, which she used our old address. Wrong. She claimed that we received an email notification and a push alert as well on the app. Both incorrect. So not only does ATT employee ignorant people but liars as well. Sad

Hey @You5UCKUver5e,

Let us help!

Suspended accounts still have access to their myAT&T account. Access is only taken away after the account is cancelled.

Let us know if you have further questions!

Thank you but I see reading comprehension is not your forte. Your
supervisor was claiming that since my account was suspended, I did not have
internet access to check the Myatt app on my smart phone with Verizon .
Even after telling the her I was using my phone with its own separate
internet access, she continued to insist I could not access myatt app. And
the reason this was an issue with her, was the paper bills didn't match
your online records sweet cheeks. BYE BYE ATT HELLO SPECTRUM AND 1000 MB
