Visa Reward card declined after first purchase
I was trying to use my remaining Visa reward card balance today and every place I tried to pay the exact remaining amount or even slightly lower amount declined the card. Tried both as credit and as debit with pin entered. Same result - card declined. The first purchase I made weeks ago was successful though.
The card is expiring next month (basically tomorrow) while the card balance online still shows up as available.
This is completely unacceptable - please either resend the new reward card or deduct the remaining balance from my service bill!

If you are calling this 'a help' - deducting a high card replacement fee from the customer's remaining card balance - then I really don't have anything to say here...

Did you get an insert with the card instructing you on how to deal with issues with the card? Did you follow those instructions before coming to this forum?

how is the insert going to help? and if it does, why dont u just point it out?
Same thing happened to me, used it once for fraction, then tried again days later, nope, again, nope, seems no one would take it. i then went to Amazon.com, and created/Add to my 'Gift Card' balance, they took the exact amount to the penny!!! and the gift card doesnt expire!
seems that is a sure bet in a pinch...
