U-Verse TV (Technician Issues/Complaint)
Is it customary for a technician to arrive at an undesignated time, state that my service is good to go before entering the home, not know the service they were sent out to do work on and try to sell me a different product? I think NOT.
Then is it customary for the technician to call more than 6 times repeatedly back to back? Then to call to refuse service at the home after falsely accusing the adult on the premise of actions not committed, however, they never stepped foot into the home and once again arrived without formal notice via AT&T? Again, I think NOT.
I have been a long time AT&T customer, with multiple services at multiple of my homes, and have never experienced such poor service and actions. I and the other adult on the premises felt HARRASSED and characterized by the technician, in addition to our initial issues with service were unresolved.
We were harassed by the technician. We had false claims and assumptions made against the members of my home. Oh, and my U-Verse service is still offline after months on continuous issues and no resolution on AT&T's part. To think this was me giving AT&T one last chance after speaking with a representative who talked me out of canceling my service. I will be filing a complaint.
