Uverse removal
Ok..when I tried to have my U-verse removed..they told me to send the router back too..But I wanted my internet service..I haven’t been able to remove U-verse..I haven’t watch U-verse in years..I have tried having U-verse removed by calling in almost every year and just gave up..

I tried that and they want to known if I want my cellphone service disconnected..that why I just sit here with U-verse..scared I am going to lose stuff I WANT TO KEEP..I hung up the phone..I will try again some other time..

It’s ok I will keep U-verse..I called earlier when I saw switch to Directv stream on my iPhone..maybe next year..just leave stuff like it is (too much run around.. I have changed my password maybe 10 times today..’uglydog’always works
