Uverse existing customer promotions
I just had an interesting conversation with an AT&T representative from the customer retention team. I called her to ask her what the current promotions were for existing customers because our contract runs out on July 1, 2016. She told me that there are no promotions for existing customers until our contract runs out. So I said "so what you're telling me is that my bill has to go up before I can call AT&T to see current promotions?" And she said that's exactly right. She cannot see promotions until my contract expires. Does that make any sense because it does not to me at all ?
