Uverse bundle discounts can not be combined with the reward card offered online

I was told by a costumer service representative that when I order my bundle online if I picked the choice to have the $100 dollars reward card they can not give me the bundle discounts so instead of paying $80 plus tax and fees I got a bill of almost $400 dollars. Is it true that they can't be combained and if you choose the money you give all the promotion and discounts they offer in their bundles?

There are online offers where you can get rewards and promotions. What is offered online and over the phone can differ. You can find our online offers here

I have two services signed up for separetely, NOT BUNDLED, but when I want to cancel one they want to bump up my internet price to higher than it was before I added TV. They don't care about you, they just take your money and run.

Hi @qqwiedjlkm,

 

When you cancel a portion of bundled services you will lose discounts that applied with bundled pricing of services.

Did you even read? THEY ARE NOT BUNDLED. I added them separate times separately without modifying the internet pricing. Are you saying I SHOULD HAVE BEEN GETTING A DISCOUNT ON INTERNET THIS PAST YEAR AFTER ADDING TV AND I HAVENT BEEN GETTING IT!!??!?!!?

You have to give authorization to bundle the services together.  We suggest reviewing your account with a representative who can further assist and provide you the best possible plan for your services.  Please send us a detailed message by clicking here. Be sure to include:

 

  • Name
  • Account number
  • Phone number and the best time to reach you

If they are not bundled now and I did not give authorization, then why is my internet price going up when I cancel TV?!?
