U-Verse App still not fixed
For months now users have been complaining that after the latest app update they have to continually keep logging into the application. I have seen the usual canned responses about reinstalling app etc, non of which seem to work. I also saw one suggestion that a secondary account could log in and not experience the problem. I specifically created a secondary account and tried. SOS, within a few hours I was logged out. Can someone please give a straight forward honest update on the situation? The app was very useful but now is complete garbage. To top it off you increased the price of the tv package I got a promotion on that did not expire until August. So, I'm paying more and getting crap service. I guess I finally will be dropping U-verse and will be moving to a streaming service, anything but AT&T.
