I can login to myATT app and all email accounts, but I cannot login to the U-VERSE app.
customer care is a joke, this scenario is not on their script.

So basically you’re going to wait even though others have managed to use one of the suggestions to resolve the issue on their own. Very well.
pardon my frustration, BUT i have spent over 8 hours, first trying every option I could think of, re loading the App on different devices. Then calling the Customer Support (useless). Then scouring the community web site for solutions, then driving to the ATT store and spending two hours, finally calling the Tech Support number and repeating every thing I had done twice before, finally they asked for help and were informed that they were working on the systems.
I would ask you to download the U-verse App and try to login and experience my quest.
The app works for me and many others.
What I can’t tell is if you’ve tried the two specific suggestions made in many other threads, namely to check the profile section of the myAT&T app in the U-verse section and use the email listed there, or create a subaccount email to use as credentials in the app.
Tried it, it gave me an email address I didn’t recognize, I created new passwords for it and it still would not let me login to U-verse.
When I found mine in the myAT&T app, the information stated the email address was unverified and gave me a link to fix it. Also make sure you can use those credentials to access your account on att.com website.
If after all that the app still won’t let you in, create an email subaccount and that should work.
Oftentimes att backend systems don’t do updates and propagate them to peer systems immediately.
I verified all the unverified emails I ran into. The U-verse login gives me an error message that I’m using the wrong Member ID. When I ask for the MemberID it gives me an email address that I’ve never used to login with, so I then try it, I get a password error message, so I create a new password for the new MemberID and then when I login it says it doesn’t recognize the ID and password. BIG round and round to nowhere.
Seriously, the agent at the ATT store told me they didn’t sell U-verse anymore, I figure this problem is related to U-verse being phased out and/or understaffed. Cable tv is starting to look good about now.
Seems to me you’re chipping away at it.
Uverse TV still has a significant subscriber population. I wouldn’t make my decision to keep the service solely based on the app. 😃
