UVerse app issue

I have had it with the Uverse app. I feel like I may just cancel my service altogether. I have spent many hours on the phone and on chat with representatives and NO ONE will help me solve my issue. I get hung up on and told I will get a call back and don't. My app keeps giving me this error message and I cannot log in. Please help!!!!
