UVerse App access

I cannot access any video on phone using Uverse App.  Continuously get the following error : "This content is not available outside the U.S. (QPE1401-S520)". Just upgraded from Note 9 4G to Note 20 Ultra 5G and have not traveled outside the U.S. in over 2 years. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated  !
