Dear Sir:

I'm sick to deal with your company. Do not scare or harasing me by forcing me to talk to AT&T. Please terminate my account and send me the last bill on January 2016 as we agreed.

Thank you

Anh Tran

To Whom It May Concern:

After 1 year contract with AT & T, June 5, 2015 we call in to terminate of your service. But as your company want to keep us as your customer then your representative agreed for me to continue to use your service including phone and Internet for $37.89 a month without contract. But then you arbitrarily increase the price up to $39.14/Month then $44.26/Month and continue to increase the price up to $55.59 a months.

On December 22, 2015, I call in to complain to the company. But you do not want to solve it. Then January 25, 2016 we call in to request your company to terminate service. After speaking with a representative of your company named Kay, He listen to my complaint and agreed to terminate the service of AT & T at 11:37 AM dated 25.01.2016 with the Order # 181188069 and he promised to send me the final bill of the month 1/2016. But then, even if we have to use the services of other companies, no longer use the services of the company AT & T, but your company continues to send us monthly bills.

We see this as an infringement of the contract and customer extortion gently. We require company AT&T to stop customer’s harassment by way of blackmail and must provide written notice to clear our account with your company immediately. If you are continue to make us stress and very sick of your annoying, we are forced to resort to the intervention of the law.

Dan you need to REMOVE those personal details at the bottom of reposted letters to AT&T

and especially the phone number! This is a public website and ANYONE could use those details and compromise you and the person mentioned in the letter.

In any case your interaction with AT&T shows just how HORRIFIC their so called customer service really is. My guess is that the rep LIED to you so that AT&T would keep billing your account.

AT&T needs to completely overhaul their customer service and billing departments because they are filled with incompetent and dishonest employees.
