Unable to Add Equipment from ATT.COM web site

I am trying to add equipment to my UVerse plan and the ATT.COM web site just keeps reloading these three pages endlessly:

https://www.att.com/shop/myuverse/dashboard.html

This happens on three different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Edge) on two different computers, Macbook Pro and Windows 10.

Please help.
