TV package upgraded/Bill $75 higher - WITHOUT MY CONSENT

Last month I called ATT because our wifi had gotten slower. They sent me a wifi extender, free of charge. When I got my bill, the person who I talked to about wifi must have changed my TV service WITHOUT MY CONSENT. My bill is $75 higher than it was previously. We never discussed TV!! Now I have been on hold over 30 minutes waiting for a customer service agent. This is beyond awful. Charter...here we come.
