Rude terrible customer support

I’ve tried to call for assistance today four times I’ve Ben hung up four times with wait times up to an hour long I have Internet tv and wireless accounts you would think a company this large could provide basic customer assistance when will it improve will I have to change my service all are good questions I’m really tired of having a phone stuck in my ear
