REWARDS CARD NOT RECEIVED

I still have yet to receive my 2 gift cards promised by ATT. It has been 2 months. I called customer service and have been on hold for 40 mins!!!!!!!! Getting really annoyed

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, we can guide you to the appropriate area for assistance with your Rewards Card.

 

Did you claim your reward by the expiration date shown on your reward notification? After you've claimed your reward and met applicable active service requirement, it should take approximately 3 weeks for you to receive your Reward card.

 

You can check the status of your Reward card here, in the Rewards Center. You'll just need to enter your claim number or your account number along with your zip code.

 

Reach back and let us know the status of your Reward card shown in the Reward card center.

I did redeem in time, everything was approved and cards were mailed out
4/29 it has been some time now, more than 3 weeks, more than 7 weeks since
installation and I still have yet to receive the cards.

been on hold for an hour with no response.

I am going through the same issues with Att/directv, was promised a $200 reward card WHICH I NEEDED TO PAY OFF MY DISH ACCOUNT, & it has now been 6 weeks. Att/directv said they can't help me resolve this issue and that I needed to call the reward center number HOWEVER I was on hold for an hour. I really expected more from such a big company and am completely disappointed in the service I'm receiving. OR SHOULD I SAY NOT RECEIVING!!!!!! 👎 ATT/DIRECTV = ZERO STARS. Att/directv should know that you can't just not follow through with promises made to their customers. This is FAR from ok & I can only pray they get reprimanded. Total CRAP!

Rewards card not sent. Redeemed on time. Spent an hour and a half with someone trying to figure ot out. They can see that we qualified for the reward, but can't figure out why it was never sent. On hold with the AT&T Rewards Center for over an hour. RIDICULOUS!!!. WHAt A SCAM! False advertising then never give out the rewards. How many people give up after being on hold for over an hour.

@stevienicks   This is a customer-to-customer forum and all anyone here can do is offer advice.  Multiple posts is not going to change that.

 

Hopefully another customer will see your post and offer some course of action.

Don't mess with old people.  The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

Hi,

 

I claimed two rewards from att on October 1st, 2019 and even got confirmation through a text message.  As November 9th, I have yet to receive those in the mail. Can someone please help!

Same here, we have been in calls with both att and reward center. Just today after being on hold for a supervisor all of a sudden phone call drops.. we have been with att for a year and never got our reward card, contacted then at least 6-7 times over the past year, "it will be there in 30 days" always he same answer. We are considering going to small claim court,  bummer to do this for $300 but it's more for the principle! Absolutely inadmissible, thumbs down ATT
