Rewards card issue

After signing up for ATT service I didn't receive reward. The service is very poor, 5 technicians have been to my home to resolve transmission issues. That's 5 days I took of time from work to be home. I never received an invoice for my service which caused a one hour disconnection and today I checked on my reward wich was disqualified due to the service interruption. Howver, my house is approximately 4800 feet from the transmission site so ATT should've NEVER dispatched salespeople to sell a serives that is too far from the site. Excessive hold time with rewards center to try to resolve. I thought Comcast was the worst cable provider but now I understand ATT has surpassed them. No rewards, poor reception AND bound by contract.
