Reward issue
I reached out to a rep after waiting 6 months for rewards that I never received. I called after two online chats that pro.used the rewards were on the way. The rep on the phone told me that I would not receive anything even though I have the chat transcripts (this is why I prefer online chats). I just sent an email to the company but would like to resolve this. I am okay with canceling my service if AT&T won't honor their contract. Here is the transcript of the most recent chat session:
