Reward Cards
So I switched from Spectrum to ATT on August 14th. Was promised I’d get $200 gift card, a month later nothing so I called the reward center. Was on hold for an hour so gave up.
DMed ATT on twitter and finally got to chat with someone online and they told me they’d send me an email with two $100 gift cards. That was last week and still no email. So on hold with the reward center again since the online chat isn’t available like they say it is.

We're sorry that it has taken so long for you to receive your reward cards! Rest assured that you're in touch with the right people, as the Reward Center department handles all matters related to reward card promotions.
FYI, should you need to speak with them in the future, can do so online, instead of sitting on the phone.
