Reward Card Never Received

For more information about the reward process and receiving your reward card, visit the Reward Center Information Page.

After you activate/install your qualifying service, watch your mailbox. You will receive reward claim information within 4 weeks of installation/activation. Once notified, you’ll need to go to the Reward Center and claim your reward.

To Track Your Claim

To track the progress of your reward after you’ve made your claim, access the reward tracker by logging in to the Reward Center.

It will take about 3 weeks to receive your reward.

Over 30 Days Since You Ordered Service
If it’s been over 30 days since you ordered your service and you haven’t received any information about the reward you were offered during your purchase, don’t worry, the important date here is the installation/activation date (and not the order date). You should receive a reward notification letter within 30 days after your service was installed and activated.

If it’s been at least 30 days since your service was installed and activated, visit the Reward Center and enter your account number and zip code. All of your eligible rewards will be displayed there.

I ordered service around December 10, 2015. When I ordered I was told I would receive $300 reward card and it would take 4 to 6 weeks to come. I waited almost 2 months and didn't receive anything. I called and was told I wasn't eligible. The agent told me I was already receiving the discounts.
I believe the salesmen should have made it clear in the beginning how the discounts work. I even asked the agent if he needed my mailing address to send the gift card and he said I would have to call customer service and give it to them.
I am not upset that I am not getting the $300. I am upset with the underhanded way of trying to sell me something. It should be made clear in the beginning. Thank you

When I signed up for att I purchased the internet/uverse bundle because I was told by the sales representative that I would recieve $300 worth of rewards. After having the service for about a month I called to check when they would be sent and was told that 2 separate prepaid cards would be sent; one in the amount of $200 and another in the amount of $100. I was told that the only requirements were that my account had to be in good standings for at least 45 days before the cards were processed and sent and that it would take 4-8 weeks. After a month and a half I recieved one $100 prepaid card and never recieved the the other.

When I called to inquire about this I was told that it was sent but marked undelivered for whatever reason but the supervisor informed me that she could resend it and I could still redeem it HOWEVER she quoted that it was only another $100.

I am now very frustrated from being redirected to so many different departments and no one has been able to tell me why this $100 is missing. What do I do? Who can I contact to resolve this?

I received an email saying I would receive my rewards card in ten days. It says it was mailed on 11/29/16. So I should have gotten it by 12/11/16. I still have not seen anything. What do I need to do to receive my reward?

Signed up for the at&t bundle and I was supposed to get a $ 200.00 rewards card. Installation on 10/11/2016. Finally got rid of cable, happy camper.  Time passes and we never got a notice to activate our reward. Called at&t (4) different times and was told after several painful transfers that we should receive my reward card in ten days to two weeks. Check ATT.COM/REWARDcenter,  no help.  call again today same drill,  let me connect you to someone that can help you..recording that can not reach now try again later.  tried 4 times and now it just rings busy. Just frustrated,   $200.00 to an old person on SSI @ 74 years young, is not the end of the world, but I definitely feel that I have been scammed.  Live and learn, how quickly do  you think i will switch our 2 line cell phone account to this hard to deal with company??  Things really don't have to be this complicated.  How about attaching your reward card to your second bill?  That wouldn't work, everybody would get there card.  They could learn a lot about customer relations by visiting Disney World.

I signed up for ATT in September. I was told it would be at least 8 weeks until I got my $400 visa rewards card. I called today as it has been four months. First I got the main menu with the computer generated person. Finally got to someone (who I could hardly understand) who needed a list of information. Name, address, phone number, password (understandable). After explaining the problem I was transferred to someone else (who again couldn't speak English very well). Had to repeat the whole list of info. I was put on hold again. Then I was transferred to the rewards center (she spoke English a little better). After repeating all my information again I was told that my rewards was sent and that since I didn't use it it had expired. I explained to her that I never got anything in the mail. I was told that a letter was sent with instructions on how to claim it. Again I told her that I never got it and asked if they could reissue it since I never received it. She told me that she would have to transfer me to someone who could help me. She transferred me to the original main menu again. So I had to go through the computer voice again and finally got a person after giving the computer the information it wanted. Got a person named Raul. Again I couldn't understand him. He said I can't get another rewards card. I told him that if this did not get fixed and I didn't get my rewards card I was going to cancel my service. He said that would be fine and said he would transfer me so I could cancel and then hung up. ATT, your people were very nice when they wanted my business and now they are rude and don't give a darn about us. I wasted almost a hour, maybe more, on the phone trying to remedy this problem only to get hung up on in the end. How is this a reward if it is taken away before you get informed that you even have it. It seems to me that I am not the only person with this problem. If this is how you treat your customers I will find another service! Please contact me.

I was promissed a $200 rebate for switcing my internet to att uverse and bundling with direct-tv.  I never got the rebate because the rebate department had a different address for me than the billing department.  I had called the billing department to tell them my address was  wedmore ct SE, smyrna, ga 30080.  The rebate department did not have the SE after Court.  I learned that the billing department does not update the rebate department address.  The rebate supervisor "Tamara" said this is a well known problem at AT&T and customer service should give me a rebate or credit for $200.  She could not do it herself because it had passed 120 days earlier this month and my rebate account was locked with the wrong address.  I was transfered to customer service, placed on hold and then disconnected again.

Please send me my rebate or credit me $200 as promised.  AT&T was the problem not me.  My account is up to date and I will cancel both services shortly if this injustice is not answered.  I have been placed on hold for over an hour on two occassions, disconnected and transferred to the wrong department.  I am about to disconnect my service but will give you one more chance.

Thank you

I never received my reward for starting a new service even though I activated it online. They said it was disqualified because I did not order my service online. However, it was my representative who told me about the reward and I feel it was a bait and switch situation and I was used. I have had noting but false information given to me from At&t. I seriously considered transfering my wireless service to them but will ABSOLUTLY NOT be doing that anymore. At this point I am counting down the days to cancel my service and never speak of At&T again.

Hello,

When I ordered AT&T internet account, they told me I will receive $100 Visa card, I never received it. When I called the customer support, they kept transfer my call to customer support and reward support and made to tired finally they disconnected my call. Even one of the customer service guy used the word "*****".  Finally I gave up.  All are cheating to get their customer, once they get and 1 year contract, they treat the customers as "******"

Asok.

I HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE! what a scam! I never received anything either and its been almost 12 weeks. Everyone I speak to gives me the run around and are going in circles as to what the heck is going on. Nobody knows anything as soon as I can get out of my contract and their lousy customer service and their lies, I will. I will never use their service again and go out of my way to express what terrible service I have received!!
