Reward card expired

I'm appalled by AT&T lack of willingness to help a loyal customer with their reward card expiration. Not only was my issue not resolved, but I was treated poorly by several customer service representatives. AT&T should accommodate its loyal customers who pay on time. And worry more about customer loyalty and doing the right thing than their ridiculous policies (can't reissue an unused card?).

I'm disappointed, but will be seeking my own remedy by cancelling my services with AT&T soon!
