returned receivers

I returned two receivers.  I have the AT&T Equipment Return Receipt, as well as the UPS receipt.

AT&T continues to charge me for the receivers monthly.

We have called four times and inevitably get transferred to technical support where we are either disconnected or told we will get a call back.

We have never gotten a call back.

I need to stop getting billed for these receivers. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
