I am a retiree and submitted a form for discounts on my U-verse account. My last bill did not reflect any discounts. What do I have to do to rectify this?

Did you get acknowledgement of your application? Such discounts can take 2 - 3 billing cycles to become effective. You should be able to confirm status with the AT&T Discount Benefits Center, 877.377.9010 or https://www.att.com/dep/login.
