Restore my service

I spoke with a guy on the executive office team a couple days ago that said he could make up me a payment arrangement and get my service restored.  Bryan (the office president) said that he emailed back end to get this done.  I was wondering if there is a way to connect with back end to help aid the process.  My services are still interrupted.   Thanks.

Regardless of what you were told service won’t be restored until your bill is paid to zero
