Report log in problems

I want to tell you guys that both the myatt.com  and the att app both have a problem of logging in to the account to pay the bill. No this is not a internet issue, this issue is on there side not yours. It looks like the log in is caught up in a loop.  I had to pay by phone. I suggest others to do the same I know there is a $5.00 dollar charge but it is the only way right now until ATT fixes this issue. Don't let anyone tell you this is a internet issue cause it is not, It is just the log in is stuck in a loop.

What error are you getting if any at all or is it just not loading?

It is not loading. After you log in the account. It doesn't go no further
than that. Like the log in is stuck in a loop. Don't know if it
straightened out or not. Please let me know thank you and let others know
you have fixed the problem please thank you.
