Repeat calls and not able to get service requested

We have two accounts each at a different address's.  Our goal since the first phone call was to have both accounts have the same service, at the same price.  U300 uverse and Internet 100.  Sounds simple right?  Wrong.  Five calls later, we still have not been able to make this happen.

 

I'm at my wits end on how to accomplish this task.  I thought if things were in writing perhaps I could get some sort of help with this. At this point my partner is ready to throw in the towel.
