Refunding, while stuck in Europe for 7 months



I was stuck in Europe from March till October 2020, due to the Covid travel restriction.


I have called your services and explained I was not able to fly to the USA. For this reason I'm in contact with one of your employers, organizing shutting down my television and Internet services.


They have agreed and let me know whenever you are back again in the USA, you can call us and we will directly activate the services again. This was done. As agreed, I will receive a refund, the time I was not using this services, in that period. They told me is would take 2 weeks to organize this and see the refund back on my account.


Today 4 weeks later I have not received anything yet. Please inform me when can I expect this refund?

i wouldnt expect it at all,  regardless this is a customer populated forum not at&t so your going to need to call them.

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.
